Arcana - A Roguelike Narrative Card Game

The fantasy kingdom Arcana is governed by a council with 21 seats, one for each royal house present in the kingdom. Each house within the kingdom is represented by a major arcana tarot card. Arcana exists in relative harmony and stability but is surrounded by a worldly phenomenon known as The Fold. The Fold is a magical and unpredictable badlands which has proven to be not mappable, traversable, or capable of being settled by humans. The Fold has expanded and is now at the kingdom's doorstep. The World Council has narrowly passed a vote in favor of you on an expedition into The Fold in an attempt to recover a powerful relic which may be able to stop The Fold's spread. The future of Arcana hangs in the balance.
